Individuals using Biomarks.ai may create a personal Health Profile that brings together health assessments, uploaded records, biomarker information, wearable information and AI-generated insights.
Your personal Health Profile belongs to you.
Whether you access Biomarks.ai independently, through a healthcare practitioner, an aged care provider or an employer program, Biomarks.ai is designed to keep personal health information separate from organizational-level reporting.
You may choose to share certain information with healthcare professionals or other people through features provided by the platform.
3. Healthcare Practitioners and Patient Information
Healthcare practitioners may use Biomarks.ai to invite patients or clients to complete assessments, upload information and maintain a Health Profile.
Where you participate through a healthcare practitioner, information may be made available to that practitioner according to the permissions, relationship and functionality associated with your account.
Biomarks.ai does not independently determine who should receive clinical access to your information. Access is controlled through the platform’s permissions and the relationship established between the individual and healthcare practitioner.
Healthcare practitioners using Biomarks.ai are responsible for complying with their own professional, privacy, confidentiality and health-record obligations.
4. Employers and Workforce Privacy
Biomarks.ai is designed to protect individual employee privacy.
Employers do not receive access to identifiable employee health records, pathology results, medical reports, assessment results, wearable information, family health history or other personal health information unless an individual has expressly chosen or authorized such disclosure.
Employers may receive anonymized, aggregated or de-identified workforce health intelligence such as population health trends, participation rates, changes in workforce health indicators, program effectiveness and other high-level organizational insights.
Biomarks.ai is not designed for individual health information to be used to make hiring, termination, promotion, compensation, performance management, insurance or similar decisions about an employee.
5. Aged Care Residents and Clients
Individuals participating through an aged care or healthcare provider may use Biomarks.ai to complete assessments and maintain health information.
Access by healthcare or aged care professionals should be limited to information appropriate to their role, permissions and care relationship.
Where aggregated information is provided to an aged care organization, Biomarks.ai is designed to minimize unnecessary disclosure of identifiable personal health information.
6. Artificial Intelligence and Automated Analysis
Biomarks.ai uses artificial intelligence, machine learning, statistical analysis and other computational methods to analyze information and generate health intelligence.
These systems may identify patterns, summarize complex health information, calculate wellness or health scores, analyze changes over time, identify potential risk indicators and generate personalized health insights.
AI-generated outputs are informational and are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or emergency medical advice.
Important medical or healthcare decisions should be made in consultation with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Biomarks.ai does not recommend that employers, insurers or other organizations make significant decisions affecting an individual solely on the basis of automated AI outputs.

Where appropriate, we may use de-identified or aggregated information for analytics, benchmarking, research, product development and improvement of our health intelligence systems.
We seek to minimize the use of identifiable health information where identifiable information is not required.
8. AI Model and Product Improvement
Biomarks.ai may use appropriately de-identified or aggregated information to evaluate and improve its algorithms, analytical systems and AI capabilities.

Making selected information public does not make your underlying private Health Profile, pathology reports, medical documents or other private health information public.
You are responsible for deciding what information you choose to make publicly available and may be able to change or remove public information through your account settings.
10. De-Identification and Aggregated Analytics
Biomarks.ai may create aggregated, anonymized or de-identified datasets for population health analysis, workforce trends, benchmarking, research, product improvement and AI system development.
We use measures designed to remove or obscure direct identifiers and reduce the likelihood that an individual can reasonably be identified from aggregated reporting.
Personal health records are separated from organizational health intelligence wherever appropriate.
11. Wearables and Third-Party Health Data
Where you choose to connect supported wearable devices, applications or health platforms, Biomarks.ai may receive information such as activity, sleep, heart rate, recovery and other health or wellness information.
