Your Speech & Voice Health Reports
The Biomarks.ai Speech & Voice Test takes approximately 3–4 minutes and uses a series of guided speaking exercises. Patients read a short passage, sustain a vowel sound, repeat selected words and sentences and speak freely for approximately 30 seconds.
The resulting report provides an overall Speech & Voice Score together with individual assessments for Speech Clarity, Articulation, Fluency, Speech Rate and Reading Accuracy. It can also include reading and spontaneous speech pace, longest detected pause, sustained voice duration and a personalized AI summary.
As additional assessments and health information are added, the Biomarks Health Profile can develop longitudinally. This can help patients become more engaged with changes in their speech, voice, communication and broader health over time.
Importantly, microphone audio is transcribed through the user’s browser and is not uploaded to or stored by Biomarks.ai as an audio recording. Only transcription and relevant timing metrics are used to generate the Speech & Voice Test results.
