What are Biological Age Biomarkers?

Biological age shows how your body is really aging on the inside—at the cellular and molecular level—not just how many birthdays you’ve had. This measurement helps reveal your risk for age-related health conditions like heart disease, cognitive decline, and more. Unlike your calendar age, biological age can be improved with lifestyle changes.

Example: Think of biological age like your body’s “real age” under the hood—someone who’s 50 years old on paper might have the cellular health of a 35-year-old (or vice versa).

How it’s measured: Calculated using an advanced algorithm based on over 100 lab markers, including metabolic, cardiovascular, immune, kidney, liver, inflammatory, and hormonal panels. It produces a “phenotypic age” and mortality risk estimate.
